Abstract
The article discusses the problems of male reproductive health in the Republic of Belarus and the tools for solving them, based on the priority tasks of demographic security defined by the state program «Development of demographic potential» (2026-2030), approved by the decision of the All-Belarusian People´s Assembly on December 19, 2025. The authors provide their own accumulated clinical experience in diagnosing and treating men with reproductive health problems for the period 2017-2025. The experience of surgical treatment of angioandrological pathology using X-ray endovascular and open reconstructive techniques is presented.
