Abstract
In contemporary organizations, human capital remains both a strategic asset and a defining competitive differentiator. As the workforce landscape undergoes profound transformation, driven by digital disruption and evolving employee expectations, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as an enabler of forward-looking talent strategies. This paper investigates the integration of AI across the human resource management lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention-drawing from empirical data and organizational case analyses. The findings reveal that companies applying AI tools achieve notable efficiencies, such as a 34% decrease in hiring duration and a 37% cost reduction. Moreover, predictive models now forecast employee attrition with 74% accuracy, while AI-enhanced training platforms foster engagement improvements nearing 47%. Nonetheless, systemic hurdles persist over 60% of companies struggle with internal alignment for AI adoption, and nearly 57% of algorithms reproduce historical biases. This research proposes a practical and ethically grounded model that fuses data-driven precision with human-centered principles, providing a roadmap for AI-enabled HR strategies that sustain both performance and inclusivity.
