Socio-Philosophical Determinants of Youth Cultural Safety in the Age of Digitalization
Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive socio-philosophical analysis of the problem of ensuring Russian youth cultural security in the context of the total digitalization of the modern socio-cultural space. The research focus-es on identifying and resolving the fundamental contradiction between the limitless possibilities of digital per-sonality development and the increasing risks of destructive influence on the value system of the younger gen-eration. The paper examines key aspects of digital socialization of young people including the formation of clip way of thinking, information perception patterns changing and the transformation of traditional mechanisms of cultural experience transmission. Special attention is paid to the analysis of risks associated with the spread of destructive content, manipulative technologies in the digital environment and the threat of blurring traditional value orientations. The mechanisms of formation of information hygiene and media literacy as protective fac-tors of cultural safety are investigated. Within the framework of the research, practical solutions are proposed to ensure an individual’s digital sovereignty in the context of the digital transformation of the society.
