THE UNIFIED COMPUTATIONAL JURISPRUDENTIAL SYSTEM FROM CRIMINAL PRINCIPLES TO INTEGRATED ECONOMIC-PHYSICAL-TECHNICAL MODELS

Sep 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

The Unified Computational Jurisprudential System (UCJS) establishes the definitive global standard for Computational Legal Science, bridging normative theory with empirical application through mathematically rigorous, culturally adaptive architecture. The system functions as a Justice Accelerator and Objective Calibrator, enhancing human adjudication through verifiable precision while safeguarding constitutional and ethical boundaries. Criminal liability is modeled as a continuous function integrating causal contribution, contextual evidentiary inference, network centrality, and evidentiary integrity. The framework categorically prohibits behavioral telemetry as direct evidence of criminal intent, preserving the presumption of innocence and fundamental due process. Empirical validation prioritizes Justice Optimization Variance, measuring the system's capacity to reduce unjustified sentencing disparity and align outcomes with constitutional fairness ideals rather than replicating potentially flawed historical judgments. The system incorporates the Doctrine of Legal Incompleteness, explicitly recognizing that legal ecosystems contain undecidable propositions requiring exclusive human adjudication, ensuring computational precision never masquerades as moral omniscience. Cross-jurisdictional cultural adaptation engages with diverse legal traditions at their philosophical depth, including Maqasid Teleological Alignment for Islamic jurisprudence, which operates as an interpretive compass guiding understanding of legislative wisdom rather than rigid numerical constraints. The architecture enforces privacy-preserving sovereign data governance through federated learning networks and homomorphic encryption, maintaining data residency compliance across borders. Algorithmic accountability is partitioned by operational layer, with mandatory transparency pipelines and adversarial challenge protocols empowering defense counsel to invoke Independent Reverse Review. The system explicitly rejects reductionism, modeling human agency as a non-deterministic residual term preserved in all equations, ensuring that dignity remains an incompressible constraint and efficiency never supersedes equity. UCJS is engineered for continuous scholarly expansion, institutional adoption, and cross-border harmonization, positioning its methodology as the universally recognized reference for modern legal science.

Key Challenges in Software Startups Across Life Cycle Stages

It is found that what perceived as biggest challenges by software startups do vary across different life cycle stages, even though its significance decreases when the learning focuses of the startups move from problem to solution and their products mature.

Forecasting space weather risks on power grids

Extreme space-weather events can damage power systems on Earth and degrade GPS accuracy and satellite operations. A new machine learning system can predict where damage is likely to occur 30-60 minutes before a storm arrives.
