Abstract
Derived data and code accompanying the manuscript “Mapping pediatric sepsis host-response and biomarker research: a bibliometric and topic-modeling study with bounded cross-database sensitivity analysis.” The archive contains permission-compatible derived tables for 104 unique working Include records and 554 residual Unclear work units; period-stratified conditional overlap and additional-coverage bounds; six overlapping title–abstract lexical signals; record–article–study relations; retrieval and screening provenance; figure source data; reproducible R code; and SHA-256 checksums. The conditional upper bounds are worst-case eligibility scenarios, not observed eligible counts or confidence intervals. The 2026 analysis is an incomplete snapshot through 29 August 2026. Provider-supplied Web of Science records and licensed bibliographic fields, including Additional file 4, are excluded from redistribution. PubMed records were not added to the frozen Web of Science topic model, and citation counts from the two sources were not merged. Derived data and documentation are licensed CC BY 4.0; author-created code is licensed under MIT, as specified in the archive.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
