Abstract

Contemporary executive management now revolves upon enterprise resource planning (ERP) expertise, which incorporate indispensable communal manoeuvres and deliver real-time statistics perceptibility. There are several benefits to using ERP-generated data for financial decision-making, such as increased precision, predictive insights, and strategic flexibility. Despite these advantages, ERP systems' centralized architecture exposes companies to business risks such insider manipulation, illegal contracts, and irregular processing pipelines that can have a detrimental effect on an organization's profitability. This paper outlines a progressive ERP-based commercial surveillance architecture, which scrutinizes organized commercial processing pipelines to find abnormalities in typical contract patterns. Precarious business accomplishments like proof of purchase processing, procurement endorsements, expense approval, and record book changes are characterized by the foundation as consecutive functioning measures to find unusual movement. To achieve this, it is essential to forecast business constraints like EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) and inventory levels precisely. The experimental assessment shows that the suggested context offers expedient evidence concerning functioning threats that disrupt an organization's EBITDA concert and enhances the credentials of viable abnormalities.
