Application Prospect of BIM Technology in Installation and Construction of Prefabricated Wind Power Hybrid Towers
Abstract
With the development of wind power industry toward high towers and large-scale deployment, pre-fabricated steel-concrete hybrid wind turbine towers have been widely promoted due to their balanced structural stiffness and convenient installation. Nevertheless, their installation and construction are characterized by high precision requirements, multi-disciplinary coordination and high construction risks, and the traditional management mode has obvious deficiencies. As a carrier of three-dimensional parametric models, BIM technology enables full-life-cycle information sharing and cross-disciplinary collaboration of projects, which provides an effective solution to the above problems. On the basis of sorting out domestic and international research achievements and combining practical engineering experience, this paper systematically constructs an application system of BIM technology for the installation and construction of prefabricated hybrid wind turbine towers. The implementation paths and application effects of core technologies including 3D modeling, clash detection, construction simulation, schedule management, component information tracing, visual technical disclosure and collaborative management are analyzed in depth. Existing application bottlenecks and corresponding improvement strategies are discussed, and the future development trends are prospected. The research results show that BIM technology can significantly improve the construction quality, efficiency and safety of prefabricated hybrid wind turbine towers while cutting construction costs. It acts as a core support for the digital, industrial and intelligent construction of wind power facilities, and can offer theoretical support and practical references for the high-quality development of the wind power industry.
