Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Pengelolaan KRS dan KHS pada Program Profesional 1 Tahun dan Terapan 6 Bulan Berbasis Web Pada LPK Nurmal Computer

Abstract

Academic administration management that is still carried out manually can cause problems in the process of recording, storing, and presenting academic information. At LPK Nurmal Computer, the management of Student Study Plans (KRS) and Student Study Results (KHS) still uses physical documents in the form of photocopied files, requiring a system that can manage academic data more effectively. This research aims to develop an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) for Managing KRS and KHS in the 1-Year Professional Program and 6-Month Applied Program Based on Web at LPK Nurmal Computer. The research method used is System Development Research with the Waterfall system development method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The developed system provides features for managing student data, educational programs, subjects, KRS, grades, and KHS. The test results show that the system functions according to user requirements and can assist academic administration processes to become faster, more structured, and reduce errors caused by manual recording.
