Post-Philosophy and the Need for a New Type of Anthropological Reflection
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of postmodernity within the framework of the concept of post-philosophy as an independent scientific field with a new unique methodology for analyzing many aspects of human beingness. This makes it possible to identify the anthropological systems evolution factors, which differ from those in positivism, structuralism, and classical philosophy. The purpose of this study is to indicate a departure from traditional structural, hierarchical concepts and principles, from abstract metaphysical construc-tions and to propose a post-philosophical reflection to study modern forms of appearances previously consid-ered peripheral, pluralistic, fragmentary. The methods of poststructuralism, hermeneutics, and phenomenology helped to consider post-philosophy as a special type of worldview centered on man with his earthly affairs and daily achievements. The use of this “toolkit” contributed to the analysis of multistructurality, rhizomaticity, simu-lativeness, hyperreality as philosophical ideological attitudes. As a result, the author comes to the following conclusions: post-philosophy is a continuation of the issue of the “death of meta-narratives”, an interdisciplinary reflection of neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and linguistics; “rational man” gives way to “hybrid-simulation man” who faces the question of preserving freedom and dignity in the space of innovative algorithms. There is a growing need to return to genuine ethics and morality. It is necessary to form a new anthropological reflection that predominantly explores no rational sphere, but offers survival tools that allow a person to show compas-sion and exercise his talent despite eclecticism, rhizomacy, and chaos.
