Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping the ecological pattern of mainstream political communication through algorithmic recommendation, social media platforms, generative AI, and mobile communication networks. These technologies empower discourse innovation and communication efficiency, but also bring challenges such as weakened discourse authority, fragmented reception, ideological-security risks, and algorithmically amplified information bias. Taking mainstream political communication as the object of analysis, this study examines the reconstruction of discourse subjects, channels, content, audiences, and communication effects under digital conditions. It proposes a discourse construction framework covering subject collaboration, audience-oriented content, vivid expression, narrative emotionalization, and clear value orientation, and further develops communication strategies involving all-media matrix construction, precise distribution, interactive participation, algorithm governance, and internationalized expression. The study also considers the engineering basis of contemporary communication, in which wireless electromagnetic propagation, antenna-supported mobile terminals, and platform infrastructures shape the speed, scope, and stability of political information transmission. The results clarify how mainstream political discourse can maintain value guidance while adapting to digital media logic, providing theoretical and practical support for governance-oriented communication strategy optimization.
