Abstract

The objective of the study is to identify patterns of structural and geographical transformation of the Russian Federation's participation in the international division of labor in the context of a changing globalization model and the formation of a polycentric architecture of the global economy. Key findings: the theoretical and methodological basis of international trade under conditions of global shocks and the dominance of economic security criteria over classical efficiency is analyzed; the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators of foreign trade turnover, trade balance, and the openness coefficient of the national economy are assessed; trends in the diversification of commodity exports towards the agro-industrial and chemical complexes, as well as the reorientation of import flows to ensure technological sovereignty are identified; the role of creating an autonomous financial and logistics infrastructure, including the exponential growth of settlements in national currencies and the dynamic development of alternative international transport corridors is substantiated; a conceptual model of Russia's integration into emerging regional hubs and value chains within the framework of expanded multilateral cooperation formats is proposed. In conclusion, the study concluded that the narrowing of the economic openness coefficient reflects the implementation of a new growth model based on the domestic market and sovereign production networks, with Russia positioned as a backbone node of Eurasian integration. It was found that stability in the foreign economic space during the institutional rejection phase is achieved through the formation of independent clearing mechanisms and the physical implementation of new logistics routes that replace transatlantic supply chains. The approach proposed in the study to analyzing the adaptation of national economies to extraterritorial pressure develops methods for assessing the transformation of the global division of labor, and the results obtained will contribute to the formation of a scientific basis for forecasting the development of alternative institutions of global economic regulation.
