reac-Ufm1 inhibits LPS-induced endothelial cell inflammatory responses through the NF-κ B signaling pathway

· 0 citations · 44 references

TL;DR

It is shown for the first time that Ufm1 is upregulated in LPS-induced inflammation and Ufm1 plays an inhibitory role in inflammatory responses by targeting NF-κ B nuclear translocation, suggesting Ufm1 may be a novel gene that protects against inflammatory responses.

Farrerol alleviates hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury by regulating the CD14/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway.

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI) remains a critical complication in liver surgery with limited pharmacological options, and while Farrerol (FA), a natural dihydroflavone, has shown protective effects in other organ IR models, its role in HIRI has never been explored. In this study, we established a murine mod...

USP40 alleviates atherosclerosis by stabilizing SIRT1 to suppress endothelial apoptosis and NLRP3 inflammasome activation.

Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory vascular disease driven by endothelial dysfunction, and dysregulated ubiquitination has emerged as an important pathogenic mechanism. Although deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) are key regulators of protein homeostasis, the role of USP40 in AS remains unknown. Here, we defin...

FTY720 attenuates LPS-induced acute lung injury through PP2A- tristetraprolin–dependent anti-inflammatory signaling

Acute lung injury (ALI) is characterized excessive inflammatory signaling and uncontrolled cytokine production. Tristetraprolin (TTP) is a key post-transcriptional regulator of inflammatory cytokines that negatively regulates inflammatory pathways. PP2A emerges as an important player to activate TTP. However, wheth...
