Environmental aspects of aviation security and development of social partnership in civil aviation of Kyrgyzstan
Abstract
The article examines environmental aspects of aviation security and the role of social partnership in ensuring the sustainable development of civil aviation in the Kyrgyz Republic. The study analyzes current environmental challenges associated with the growth of passenger traffic, modernization of airport infrastructure, and increasing air traffic intensity. International approaches of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to environmental protection are reviewed, including measures aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, mitigating aircraft noise, and implementing sustainable development principles. Based on the analysis of statistical data and regulatory documents, the key areas of interaction among government authorities, aviation organizations, educational institutions, and civil society institutions in the field of environmental and aviation security are identified. The necessity of strengthening social partnership as a mechanism for balancing the interests of the state, business sector, and society is substantiated. The study concludes that the implementation of an integrated social partnership model can enhance environmental responsibility within the aviation industry and contribute to the sustainable development of civil aviation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
