Abstract
Permission-compatible aggregate and derived outputs plus author-created code accompany the literature-level analysis of 278 author-confirmed working-Include Web of Science publication records, with a 106-record direct-sepsis sensitivity set. A separate PubMed branch provides period-stratified, bounded cross-database coverage and overlapping title–abstract lexical signals. The 2026 period is an incomplete snapshot through 29 August 2026. Conditional upper bounds are worst-case eligibility scenarios, not observed eligible counts, estimates, or confidence intervals. Licensed Web of Science source records and fields, Additional file 4, internal screening ledgers, and record-level cited-reference strings are excluded. The archive includes aggregate tables, rendering code, source-provenance code requiring separately licensed inputs, a README explaining reproduction limits, and SHA-256 checksums. Derived tables and documentation are licensed CC BY 4.0; author-created code is licensed MIT.

It is proved that any global minimizer of the trajectory balance objective can define a policy that samples exactly from the target distribution, and empirically demonstrate the benefits of the trajectories balance objective for GFlowNet convergence, diversity of generated samples, and robustness to long action sequenc...
