Abstract

Highlights • Constructed a two-gene (ITM2A/TCL1A) prognostic model linking adaptive immunity and radiosensitivity in cervical cancer.• Identified ITM2A and TCL1A as radiosensitizers; their downregulation promotes radioresistance.• Risk groups differ in immune infiltration, chemokine/TCR signaling, and immunotherapy response.• Single-cell profiling revealed ITM2A/TCL1A involvement in mast cell differentiation.• Model predicts immunotherapy benefit (high-risk) and CDK4/6 inhibitor sensitivity (low-risk).
