Application of virtual simulation technology to OBE-oriented continuing education
Abstract
This study focuses on the bottleneck in the traditional continuing education system, and constructs the Outcome-Based Education(OBE) teaching mode which integrates virtual simulation technology. The system relies on high-precision virtual experiment platform, and introduces adaptive learning path planning engine and multidimensional behavior monitoring module. Taking the engineering management major of a higher vocational college as an empirical sample, the quantitative data shows that the average online time of the experimental group is 3.15 hours, the task achievement degree is 89.26%, and the average frequency of human-computer interaction is 32.88 times, all of which show advantages over the control group. In the construction of competency map, the theoretical cognitive level of students increased by 74.59%, the engineering practice ability increased by 78.17%, the team synergy efficiency jumped by 85.20%, and the average score of comprehensive assessment system was locked at 89.95. The statistical results support the effectiveness of this model in stimulating deep learning motivation and promoting the transfer of theoretical knowledge to engineering practice. The coupling application of virtual simulation and OBE concept optimizes the operation mechanism of continuing education. It provides a reference for quantitative assessment and training of applied talents.
