Sep 2026 · Veredas do Direito · 0 citations · 7 references

Abstract

The article examines the development of university education in the modern world through the lens of the contradiction between the increasing information intensity of the educational environment and the insufficient readiness of university management to transform information flows into lasting knowledge, competence, and students’ engagement in self-education. The theoretical framework of the study includes works on the information sphere, self-education based on information and communication technologies, trends in the humanization and digitalization of education, educational resource management, the digital renewal of educational content, and the transition from fact-based to methodology-based pedagogy. The study was conducted using qualitative methods: an expert survey of 25 representatives of middle management at Russian universities, followed by an assessment of agreement among expert evaluations using the concordance method. The findings enabled the development of a model for a managed transition from the digital saturation of education to education as the development of an autonomous, responsible student capable of self-directed learning.
