A New NTRUEncrypt Variant with Structural Redesign of the Public Key.
Abstract
In this study, we present a structural redesign of public key polynomial h(X) in NTRUEncrypt cryptosystem. The proposed modification reconstructs h(X) using existing polynomial components to alter its algebraic structure while preserving the correctness of the encryption and decryption processes. Rather than relying on parameter enlargement or alternative algebraic frameworks, the approach introduces a structured reformulation that maintains the one-to-one correspondence between ciphertext and plaintext within the NTRUEncrypt ring setting. The correctness of the redesign is established through a sequence of lemmas and theorems, providing a foundation for further empirical analysis of NTRU-based cryptosystems in the post-quantum context.
