Scientific and applied foundations for the further development of civil-militarycooperation in the Security and Defence Sector of Ukraine
Abstract
The article substantiates the scientific and applied foundations for the further development of civil-military cooperation in the Security and Defence Sector of Ukraine. It is demonstrated that in the context of the russian federation's armed aggression, martial law, the de-occupation of territories, and Euro-Atlantic integration, civil-military cooperation should be viewed not merely as an auxiliary humanitarian function, but as an interagency tool for interaction between the Security and Defence Forces and the civilian environment. The main areas of its development are identified as follows: regulatory and legal, institutional and organisational, interagency and coordinating, analytical, personnel and educational, information and communication, humanitarian and stabilisation, international, monitoring, and human rights. Practical recommendations for their implementation are formulated, taking into account the experience of the NGU and NATO standards.
