Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on employee performance at the Bandung High Court, as well as to analyze the role of work motivation as a mediating variable in the relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership and employee performance. The approach used is a descriptive quantitative method. The research population consists of Civil Servants (ASN) serving as staff, implementers, or operators in work units within the Bandung High Court. The research results indicate that organizational culture and transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation was found to have a direct effect on employee performance, while also mediating the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, as well as between transformational leadership and employee performance. Practically, these findings are expected to serve as a reference for work unit leaders in formulating strategies to improve employee performance at the Bandung High Court. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of human resource management science, particularly by strengthening the understanding of the interrelationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, work motivation, and employee performance within judicial institutions a context that remains relatively under-explored in existing literature.
