Abstract

The article examines conceptual approaches to managing the resilience of logistics systems of multimodal transport enterprises under conditions of increasing uncertainty, transformation of transport and logistics supply chains, and the growing impact of external and internal risks. It has been determined that the resilience of a logistics system is a comprehensive characteristic that combines reliability, flexibility, adaptability, recoverability, and the ability to function effectively under crisis conditions. The expediency of applying an integrated approach to resilience management, based on the combination of systemic, process-oriented, risk-oriented, and adaptive approaches, is substantiated. The main factors influencing the resilience of logistics systems of multimodal transport enterprises are systematized, and their role in the formation of effective managerial decisions is identified. A system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and an integral indicator for assessing the resilience of logistics systems is proposed, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of their operational performance and the identification of directions for improving management efficiency. A conceptual model of the mechanism for enhancing the resilience of logistics systems has been developed, taking into account the interrelationships among influencing factors, risks, managerial approaches, implementation tools, and expected outcomes. The scientific novelty of the study lies in improving the conceptual foundations of resilience management for logistics systems of multimodal transport enterprises through the development of an integrated assessment model and a mechanism for enhancing resilience based on a system of KPIs and an integral indicator. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in their potential application by enterprises in the transport and logistics sector to assess the resilience of logistics systems, substantiate managerial decisions, minimize risks and economic losses, ensure the rational use of resources, reduce logistics costs, and enhance enterprise competitiveness in a dynamic external environment.
