The study analyzes Russian and international research in the fields of digital management, knowledge management, intelligent systems, and artificial intelligence. An original architecture of intelligent organizational management is proposed, based on the sequential integration of data, information, organizational knowledge, intelligent analytics, artificial intelligence technologies, expert interpretation, and managerial decision-making into a unified system for creating organizational value. The scientific novelty of the research lies in advancing the theoretical foundations of management through the development of an architecture of intelligent organizational management that enables the transition from the digitalization of individual managerial functions to the establishment of an integrated intelligent management system. The practical significance of the study is determined by the potential application of the proposed architecture in the design of corporate management systems, the development of digitally enabled enterprises, the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, and the enhancement of strategic management processes.
