Abstract

This article discusses the current trends in improving the company's organizational culture as a crucial factor in ensuring its strategic development and enhancing its performance. It explores the role of human resources management, leadership, and monitoring systems in creating a favorable organizational environment. The article focuses on the importance of employee motivation and development, improving internal communication, forming effective teams, and increasing staff engagement in management processes. It also examines the latest tools for developing organizational culture, including the introduction of new subcultures, structural transformations, internal benchmarking, and the use of information technology and corporate communication platforms. It has been substantiated that comprehensive improvement of organizational culture contributes to reducing staff turnover, increasing employee satisfaction, strengthening corporate cooperation, and achieving the company's strategic goals.
