THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article comprehensively analyzes the impact of organizational culture on human resources management. The study shows that organizational culture is one of the main internal factors that shape the behavior, value system and work environment of employees and directly affects all functional areas of human resources management. HRM processes such as recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, motivation and leadership style are formed differently depending on the characteristics of organizational culture. At the same time, human resources management also plays an important role in the development of organizational culture. An effective HRM system creates conditions for the creation of a healthy work environment among employees, strengthening cooperation and loyalty, as well as the formation of an innovative mindset. The study concludes that organizational culture and human resources management are mutually reinforcing systems, and their harmonious activity increases the overall efficiency and competitiveness of the organization.
