Abstract

The theme “Dynamics of HR with AI-Shaping the Future of Work and Workplace” centric to Human-Technology Interaction as the corner stone of modern HR transformation. As AI systems increasingly support hiring, learning, performance, and engagement, the quality of the interaction between people and technology becomes critical. HR plays a pivotal role in ensuring AI complements human judgement, enhances employee experience, and fosters trust through ethical, transparent, and inclusive design. By enabling collaborative intelligence where humans and AI learn, decide, and evolve together. HR can create adaptive, people-centric workplaces that balance technological advancement with empathy, accountability and sustainable value creation.
