Abstract
The association between cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) and cognition may differ across populations, but cross‐cultural evidence remains limited. We explored whether estimated CRF (eCRF) shows divergent associations with cognitive trajectories in Chinese and U.S. middle‐aged and older adults.
