El contenido cosmovisivo en los discursos de transición civilizatoria:
Abstract
This article shares the findings of a study on the role of worldview content in driving civilizational and socio-ecological transitions in Chile, focusing on the alternative intellectuals/civil society interface. After a contextualization of the state of the environment and the impact of consumer society in Chile, the notions of worldview and transition dynamics are explored as an analytical framework. Based on reflective conversations with thinkers and social leaders from different territories, on the one hand, and a text corpus study, on the other, the narrative structure of the discursive field and its respective constellations of worldview content were identified. Along with the great variety of worldview content identified in the field, and its tensions, one conclusion of the study is the paradoxical centrality that the renewed existential question about the human being would be having in these discourses, as a conceptual and practical bridge between the issues of the development of society and relationships with nature.
