The Waterfall process, which includes phases such as needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing, is used to build this system. This application was created using a MySQL database, the CodeIgniter framework, and the PHP programming language. The results of the study state that the web-based new student admission application that was built can help online student registration, file uploads, data verification, graduation announcements, and data management by admins in an integrated manner. From the results of trials using Black Box Testing, all core web features can function well according to the designed functional needs.
