Intersecção entre educação física e currículo: reflexões sobre a tematização das lutas no cotidiano escolar

Abstract

The present study aims to critically analyze how the intersection between Physical Education and curriculum can enhance the thematization of fights in everyday school life, understanding this space as a fertile ground for resistance, transformation and construction of emancipatory pedagogical practices. The investigation was carried out with eight Physical Education teachers of basic education, from different regions of Brazil, selected through intentional typical sampling. As an instrument for the production of information, semi-structured interviews prepared by the researchers and carried out in a virtual environment via Google Meet were used. The empirical material was submitted to thematic analysis. The results show that, although current curricular policies try to standardize and restrict the pedagogical practice of Physical Education teachers under a neoliberal logic, they actively resist, tensioning and resignifying such impositions by promoting a politicized teaching committed to social transformation, enhancing the thematization of struggles in everyday school life.
