Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Ekonomi Islam dalam Program Kerja KKN UINSU di Desa Damak Maliho, Kecamatan Bangun Purba, Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of Islamic economic values in the Student Community Service (KKN) work program of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU) in Damak Maliho Village, Bangun Purba District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach utilizing limited participatory field observation as the primary technique. Data were gathered through direct observation of social interactions, implementation of empowerment programs, and field documentation. The findings indicate that the internalization of Islamic economic values such as justice ('adl), public interest (maslahah), trustworthiness (amanah), mutual cooperation (ta'awun), and environmental preservation (hifz al-biah) was effectively integrated across five core program areas. These programs encompassed human resource enhancement through free tutoring, MSME digitalization via QRIS implementation to ensure transactional transparency, eco-friendly creative economy workshops using ecoprint techniques, and public health reinforcement through Posyandu services and Tuberculosis (TB) awareness sessions. The synergy established among students, village officials, and local residents proved capable of fostering an inclusive, sustainable local economy oriented toward achieving falah (well-being).
