The type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 98 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity with a determination coefficient value of 50.6% with a correlation value of 0.711 and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.920> 1.985). Work environment and work safety simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity with a regression equation Y = 17.585 + 0.277X1 + 0.365X2.
