Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Pembelajaran Berbasis Nilai Islam di SMK Darul Wustha Jerowaru

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal’s leadership in improving Islamic value-based learning productivity at SMK Darul Wustha Jerowaru. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, educational staff, and students of SMK Darul Wustha Jerowaru. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the principal’s leadership in implementing Islamic values is manifested through exemplary conduct, the habituation of a religious school culture, the enforcement of discipline based on Islamic values, the implementation of congregational worship, moral development, and the integration of Islamic values into various school programs. Meanwhile, the principal’s efforts to improve learning productivity are carried out through continuous improvement, strengthening collaboration between teachers and students, and creating a religious, disciplined, and conducive learning environment.
