Abstract
This study examines supply chain management (SCM) to improve the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Madura, a region facing unique economic challenges. The study surveyed 58 MSMEs in the coastal region of Madura using a quantitative methodology, employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Two key SCM factors were used in this study: information sharing and internal integration. The study’s findings indicate that information sharing and internal integration have a positive and significant impact on MSME performance. This study addresses the lack of references in MSMEs located in underdeveloped regions, such as Madura, which are rarely studied. The practical implications of this study suggest that MSMEs, especially those near the coast, should prioritize information sharing and internal integration with suppliers in their daily operations. MSMEs are expected to increase their competitiveness by investing in training and supporting technology. These findings offer new benefits for adapting SCM strategies in resource-constrained regions.

In addition, the growth of SMEs in 2021 registered at -5.6% which was lower than Malaysia’s GDP in 2015. Taking note of the...
