Abstract

The AI-Powered Personalized Government Welfare Scheme Recommendation, Job and Skill Finder is an intelligent platform designed to help citizens discover government welfare schemes, employment opportunities, and relevant skill-development programs based on their individual profiles. Many citizens are unaware of the schemes and employment services available to them or may find it difficult to identify which opportunities are relevant to their education, skills, income category, location, or other eligibility conditions. The proposed system uses Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, recommendation techniques, and structured eligibility matching to analyze user information and identify potentially relevant government schemes, jobs, and skilldevelopment programs. Users can provide information such as education, skills, occupation, age group, income range, location, employment status, and areas of interest through a simple interface. A recommendation engine compares the users profile with available scheme and opportunity requirements. The system can identify relevant welfare programs, job opportunities, internships, training courses, certifications, and skill-development initiatives. Natural-language interaction allows users to ask questions such as which schemes may be relevant to their profile, what skills are required for a particular job, or which training programs can help them become eligible for certain opportunities. The platform can also provide explanations for recommendations by displaying important eligibility conditions, required documents, application information, deadlines when available, and official sources. A skill-gap component can compare a users current skills with the requirements of selected job opportunities and suggest relevant learning areas. This can help users understand what skills they may need to develop for their career goals. Overall, the proposed system aims to make public-benefit information and employment resources easier to discover through a personalized digital assistant. It does not replace official government eligibility decisions; instead, it acts as an information and recommendation tool.
