Abstract

At the core of the approach under consideration is the idea of adaptive management, which the existence of formalized dependencies between key performance parameters and mechanisms for their adjustment. The necessity of transitioning from static approaches to dynamic adaptive management models is substantiated. A formalized representation of stability as a function of interrelated parameters of resource provision, costs, investment activity, and the level of digitalization. An adaptive management model focused on maintaining a balanced state under the influence of external shocks. The mechanism of feedback and adjustment of management decisions in real time is examined. The application will make it possible to improve the validity of strategic and operational decisions, reduce the company’s sensitivity to market fluctuations, and ensure sustainable development in the long term. Enterprises are gradually moving to digital tools that allow them to obtain data in near‑real time. The gap between the availability of information and the ability to interpret it for management decisions. Stability is not so much about the initial state as it is about the ability to adjust one’s behavior in a timely manner. Developing models capable of taking these features into account requires a shift from descriptive characteristics to more rigorous relationships between parameters.
