Abstract

The article deals with the issue of teaching mathematical disciplines in the conditions of digitalization of education in Kazakhstan. In the course of the study, psychological, pedagogical, scientific, and methodological literature was studied and analyzed, as well as a review of domestic and foreign authors devoted to research in the field of digital technology. The article states that by using the interaction and experimentation that modern digital technologies offer, teachers can enhance the quality of learning, teach new skills, inspire students, and interest them in exploring new academic interests. When the authors conducted a pedagogical experiment in the experimental group, there were studied the experience of a future mathematics teacher in using new digital educational resources and the definition of geometric knowledge and its current state. In accordance with the content of the course «Digital Educational Resources in Teaching Geometry», the article provides some examples of practical exercises in the chapter «Rotating Bodies», on the theme «How to draw images of bodies drawn inside and outside the sphere» and the rules for drawing geometric bodies in traditional form and in AR format, 3D in modern dynamic environments such as Geogebra, Live Geometry. The article notes that as a result of observation and application of group expert assessment, the use of new digital technologies in the educational process, it allows for drawing conclusions about increasing the geometric knowledge of students in the experimental group. At the same time, the authors note that the teacher plays a key role in introducing innovative technologies into the educational process and maintaining students’ interest in these technologies.
