Design Methodology for Creating a Healthy Work Environment in Organizations
Abstract
Enhancing employee well-being, job satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational performance all depend heavily on a healthy work environment. The goal of this study is to create a design methodology for a healthy workplace by taking into account important elements like work-life balance, communication, organisational culture, leadership support, and employee engagement .The study employs a mixed research methodology that includes workplace observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and demographic analysis are used to examine data gathered from fifty employees. The results show that a healthy work environment is greatly influenced by employee-focused policies, wellness initiatives, supportive leadership, and a positive workplace culture. Challenges like scarce resources, resistance to change, communication breakdowns, excessive workload, and insufficient support are also noted in the study. The suggested approach offers a framework for raising worker satisfaction, lowering stress and absenteeism, boosting output, and fostering long-term company expansion.
