Management of organization’s strategic human resources in the context of digital transformation
Abstract
This study explores the development of a unique approach to strategic human resource management in the context of digital economic transformation. The analysis demonstrates that human resources are a key element of an enterprise's strategic resource management system, fulfilling a dual role as both an object of management and an active participant in organizational change. The author's approach to assessing the strategic importance of personnel, based on the adaptation of the VRIO model to human resources, represents a significant advance in scientific innovation. Specifically, key parameters for assessing strategic human resource potential have been identified, including digital competency, engagement, interoperability, and the complexity of reproduction. As a result, an integrated indicator of employee strategic importance has been developed, enabling the assessment of their contribution to the organization's strategic competitiveness, taking into account the challenges of digital transformation. Practical recommendations have been formulated for developing strategic human resources through training, improving incentive systems, fostering a corporate culture, and supporting organizational interaction, based on the results of an empirical expert assessment of the strategic importance parameters of each employee.
