Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Student Worksheets (LKPD) embedded with local wisdom through the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to enhance the social skills of elementary school students. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 31 national and international scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026. The analysis indicates that the research methodology is dominated by Research and Development (R&D) at 77%, with the ADDIE development model being the most widely applied (79%). Based on the literature findings, the local wisdom-based LKPD using PjBL is proven to be highly valid, practical, and engaging for the learning process. This learning tool is significantly effective in improving students' social skills, collaboration abilities, active engagement, curiosity, and love for their homeland. This success is due to the presented materials being contextual and closely related to the students' living environment. In conclusion, the integration of local wisdom into PjBL-based LKPD is a highly recommended instructional material innovation to support the quality of 21st-century learning that is both academically and socially mature in elementary schools.
