The Effect of Digital Leadership, Digital Capability, and Teamwork Support on Employee Performance in Clinical Laboratory Services
Abstract
Digital transformation in the healthcare sector requires organizations to improve human resource readiness to adapt to technological changes. The success of digital service implementation depends not only on technology quality but also on leadership capability, digital competence, and teamwork support. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, digital capability, and supporting teamwork on employee performance at the laboratory and clinic. This research used a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The research population consisted of permanent employees, with a sample of 353 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM, including outer model, inner model, and bootstrapping analyses. The results showed that digital leadership, digital capability, and supporting teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that the combination of digital-based leadership, individual technological capability, and collaborative support can improve work effectiveness during digital transformation. This study concludes that strengthening organizational factors and employee digital competence is an important aspect in improving technology-based healthcare service performance.
