Pedagogical technology for designing a developing system of in-house training for teachers in a general education organization

Abstract

The article addresses the problem of improving the content and methods of informal professional development of specialists in the general education system. The results of the study are presented, the purpose of which is to substantiate and characterize the pedagogical technology of designing a developing system of intra-corporate education for teachers of a general education organization. The work is supported by a systematic methodology, the principle of regulated evolution, the idea of a self-learning organization, and a technological approach to creating educational systems. This expands the theoretical understanding of the design of informal learning processes for teachers. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the characteristic of the bases, signs, stages and content of the technology of designing the developing system of intra-corporate education. During its design, the emphasis is placed on ensuring the developing potential of the system being created, its compliance with the characteristics of in-house training. The practical significance of the solution obtained lies in the possibility of using the proposed technology in the activities of specialists of educational institutions interested in improving the processes of continuous professional development of teachers of the general education system.
