Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Subsektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2022-2024
Abstract
This study was motivated by the discrepancy between improvements in companies’ financial performance and firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, previous studies examining the effects of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios on firm value have shown inconsistent results. This study aimed to analyze the effects of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios on firm value and determine the magnitude of their influence. A quantitative approach with an associative research method was employed. The population consisted of all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2022–2024. The sample included 33 companies with 99 observations selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected from annual financial statements and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.892, indicating that 89.2% of the variation in firm value can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 10.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
