Abstract

This research highlights how artificial intelligence (AI)—advanced computer programs capable of performing tasks once reserved for human intelligence—is transforming business innovation. This examines how AI is changing business practices, strategies, and value creation in a broad spectrum of industries, enabling businesses to enhance product development efficiently, offer personalized services, and make more effective decisions. Among the opportunities and challenges discussed in the dialogue are capacity building, human-AI collaboration, normative regulation, operational effectiveness, customer experience improvement, AI-driven business model innovation, and adoption gaps. While AI holds tremendous potential to enhance competitiveness and customer trust, effective integration requires overcoming ethical, cultural, and technological barriers. Responsible innovation becomes strategically vital for sustainable development. This review hints at future academic practice, including consideration of long-term impacts, the development of strategies for SMEs, and the stimulation of sustainable innovation. It offers practitioners evidence-based means of coordinating AI implementation with business objectives. The article concludes that AI is a driver of systemic organizational change, requiring continuous education, ethical awareness, and a flexible strategy to remain competitive in the rapidly evolving digital environment.
