Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nilai Berbasis Web dan Mobile Pada SMP NEGERI 2 Bulu Temanggung
Abstract
SMP Negeri 2 Bulu Reban, Temanggung Regency, previously managed academic grades, schedules, and school information through semi-manual processes using spreadsheets and separated documents. This condition increased the risk of recording errors, duplicated data, delayed updates, and limited access to students’ academic information. This study aims to implement a Grade Management Information System (SIMANI) that integrates web-based academic management with a mobile information service. The development used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall approach consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The web application was implemented using Laravel and PHP with MySQL as the centralized database, while the mobile application was developed with Flutter and Dart. The system provides student and teacher data management, grade input and automatic report calculation, lesson schedules, announcements, reporting and export, and role-based access control. Functional evaluation used Black Box Testing on 50 scenarios across ten test modules, including two-factor authentication (2FA) and parent access, while user acceptance was measured through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The original 44 scenarios had a 100% success rate, while six additional scenarios were added for 2FA and parent access and should be recorded after execution. UAT results from the existing Admin/Guru and Student respondents were complemented by additional UAT items for the 2FA and parent-access features. The implementation provides a centralized academic data source and a mobile channel for timely access to grades, schedules, announcements, and student profiles.
