Menschenrechtsverletzungen in der Lieferkette

Abstract

Global supply chains increasingly raise questions regarding the legal responsibility of companies for human rights violations. Alana Golistani compares civil liability under German and Spanish law. She analyses existing legal bases of liability and the significance of corporate due diligence obligations, and systematically examines current legal developments. A cross-border case study illustrates the practical challenges of enforcing civil liability claims. The publication is intended for both academics and practitioners, particularly those working in corporate law, tort law, and private international law.
