Abstract

The article discusses the implementation of corporate social responsibility in the field of additional education within the framework of federal development programs based on a scenario approach in modern conditions. It is shown that corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the field of continuing education is implemented through various initiatives (industry projects) aimed at supporting children and youth, developing skills, inclusivity and access to educational resources. Three scenarios for the development of CSR implementation in the field of additional education are considered: pessimistic, realistic and optimistic. It is shown that the final vector of CSR development in the field of additional education will be determined by a combination of factors: the willingness of businesses to make long‑term investments in human capital, the level of government support and regulatory regulation, and the degree of involvement of local communities. As well as the ability to adapt innovative approaches to real socio‑economic conditions – with a proper combination of these elements, CSR programs can become a powerful driver for the sustainable development of education and society as a whole.
