Abstract

With the steady advancement of the digital economy, digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence continuously empower the real economy. Traditional financial management relies on post-event accounting and suffers from drawbacks including poor data timeliness. Financial digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to strengthen internal control and improve core competitiveness. This paper aims to sort out the driving factors and implementation paths of financial digital transformation, identify new financial risks arising from the transformation and establish a prevention framework. Combined with industrial practice and existing literature, this study adopts inductive analysis to summarize four types of risks, namely data leakage, system operation and maintenance failures, inter-departmental collaboration barriers and cross-border transmission of industrial chain risks, and analyzes their causes. The research finds that financial digital transformation streamlines financial procedures and optimizes corporate resource allocation, yet it also creates new financial risks. Accordingly, this paper constructs a risk prevention and control system from four dimensions: technical operation and maintenance, internal control optimization, organizational collaboration and industrial chain joint defense, helping enterprise financial management shift toward strategic empowerment and value-added management.
