SYSTEM FOR ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTICS AND MONITORING OF DUMP TRUCK HYDROMECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

Abstract

The paper considers the application of an on-board diagnostics and monitoring system in the design of a mining dump truck with hydromechanical transmission to promptly determine its technical condition. A mathematical description of the hydromechanical transmission functioning processes has been developed. Based on the simulation modeling method, patterns of dynamic regulation of friction clutches during automatic gear shifting have been identified, which reduce dynamic loads in the transmission and wear of friction discs. Display screens of the expert system are shown, which display results of analyzing the technical condition of transmission.
