Pengaruh Pendapatan, Literasi Keuangan dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan Pegawai Sekretariat Kabupaten Badung
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effects of income, financial literacy, and lifestyle on the financial management behavior of employees at the Badung Regency Secretariat. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving the entire population of 135 employees as the study sample through a saturated sampling or census technique. Primary data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and other relevant sources. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings demonstrate that income has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, with a regression coefficient of 0.219 and a t-statistic of 6.409. Financial literacy also has a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.228 and a t-statistic of 4.860. Lifestyle exhibits a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.431 and a t-statistic of 9.068, making it the most influential variable. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect financial management behavior, with an F-statistic of 61.119 and an adjusted R² of 0.574. Thus, 57.4% of the variation in financial management behavior is explained by the three predictors.
