Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Quizizz dalam Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Arab Materi Ar-Riyāḍah pada Siswa Kelas VIII F MTsN 2 Kota Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Quizizz in improving Arabic learning outcomes on the topic of Ar-Riyāḍah based on the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) among eighth-grade students of Class VIII F at MTsN 2 Surabaya. This quantitative study employed an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design involving 34 students. Data were collected through pretests, posttests, and documentation. Data analysis included validity, reliability, Shapiro–Wilk, Wilcoxon Signed-Rank, and N-Gain tests. The results showed that the instrument was valid and reliable, with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.666. The Wilcoxon test indicated a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.001), while the N-Gain score of 0.5833 was categorized as moderately effective. These findings indicate that Quizizz is effective in improving students’ Arabic learning outcomes on Ar-Riyāḍah while supporting the integration of Love-Based Curriculum values in learning.
